abkslmandClaude Opus 4.8 e2ea449791 Resolve nvrsion trunk->dev conflict: take trunk for a11y-agent + Linux VM semantic docs 
dev held superseded drafts (early 'AT-SPI geometry may be usable' hypothesis
and the pre-compositor-helper op_dump); trunk carries the confirmed Phase 2
work. Adopt trunk's version of these files so promotion merges cleanly.

abkslm 6807d60b92 Merge nucleic/trunk into dev 
Resolve modify/delete conflicts on the Linux VM feature. A prior 'promote
many changes from trunk' (9204614c) erroneously deleted the entire
first-party Linux VM implementation from dev (engine Linux extensions,
nucleic-linux-agent, linux-base bootstrap/provision, docs, build scripts)
while trunk kept developing it.

Every file that differs between dev and trunk is one where trunk is the
authoritative version: the 18 Linux files were wrongly removed from dev,
and dev's blob for each of the 14 modified files is an older state present
in trunk's history. dev carries no unique work, so this merge takes trunk's
tree wholesale, restoring the feature and advancing dev to trunk's content.
